We arrived on a Friday night at 6:45 PM and had a 45 minute wait. We started with the Deviled Eggs, Pretzel with Dips & Brussels Sprouts. The stand out appetizer was the Brussels Sprouts. Absolutely outstanding and probably the best I’ve ever had. For the main dishes we tried the Beef Rouladen which was extremely tender and had nice flavor. Also, the Frikadellen. The meatballs were nicely seasoned and the potato salad had good flavor & texture. We’ll definitely return but will be trying other Main dishes.

I loved everything I ate!!! I had the warmest and softest pretzel, the most comforting potato and leek soup, and the creamiest pork tenderloin pasta I’ve ever eaten in my life! It was amazing, and I can’t wait to come back!

Ist gut, ya!!! We lived in Germany for five years and have high expectations. We visited after church on Sunday and missed the memo that brunch is served until 2pm. So unfortunately we didn’t get to order off of the main menu. That’s ok, we’ll happily come back. The salmon toast, brat & bacon sandwich and German Apple Pancake were tasty and the service was great. We especially enjoyed Kayleen! Excited for the new location with more space and hopefully less of a wait.

Incredible food! Love the atmosphere too. I've never had German food like this at all. Everything we got was amazing. Pretzel and dips, goulash, potato & leek soup, potato cakes, potato salad... all absolutely incredible.

One of the best hidden gems in Utah. Absolutely love this place and love the food here. Authentic German cuisine and great drinks. It’s fairly small so call before going. Fills up quick.

I looked for a new place to try for my birthday dinner and was NOT disappointed. This was DELECTABLE. The staff were really nice. Though it was my first time there, it was clearly a popular spot for lots of regulars. I watched multiple hosts and servers wave and greet people as they walked in, even knowing many of their names, either all of their family and friends were dining on a Tuesday night, or they treat all their guests like family and friends. I ordered the schnitzel with lemon caper sauce, a side of glazed brussels sprouts, and the dessert I don't remember the name of because I can't find their desserts on the online menus. ALL were delicious, and the brussels sprouts were 15/10. I will dream about them for months. I just discovered that they do brunch, so I WILL be returning soon, AND I want to bring my family next time they are in town.

We went here as a family (with three young kids) and it was absolutely fantastic! The environment is beautiful, very clean, and workers are very nice! The food was unique and unforgettable! The fries, deviled eggs, pretzel, and curry sauce were outstanding. We absolutely loved it. Even our kids enjoyed it, which is always a plus! I highly recommend! The pic is of the schnitzel.

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Weller's Bistro! From the moment I walked in, the warm, cozy atmosphere transported me straight to Bavaria. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the evening even more enjoyable. The highlight of the meal was hands-down the schnitzel with lemon caper sauce—it was pure perfection. The schnitzel was golden, crispy, and tender, and that zesty, buttery lemon caper sauce added such a delightful tang that I couldn’t get enough of. Paired with a glass of their expertly selected German wine, it was a match made in heaven. Every bite and sip felt like a celebration of authentic flavors. The crazy part is, it was better than snitzel I have eaten in Germany. The attention to detail in both the food and the ambiance is unmatched. If you’re looking for a true taste of Germany with top-notch service, this place is a must-visit. Five stars all the way—I can’t wait to come back!
